¡Hola! April has been one of the best months of my life this year! My husband was on vacation this month so we got to spend amazing quality time together. The next couple of posts will be all about our trip to Miami and our cruise! You can already check out the swimsuits I wore during the trip in the latest post and the photos here are a little taste of what I wore; they were taken at Grand Cayman. Now let's dive into my monthly favorites:
- My go-to makeup routine while on vacation included these:
- I didn't use foundation once the whole trip! Instead I would just conceal with Maybelline's Instant Age Rewind Earaser Dark Circle Treatment Concealer in Medium by day and Tarte's Double Duty Beauty Shape Tape Contour Concealer in Medium by night.
- I've fallen back in love with my Rimmel Kate Sculpting Palette in Coral Glow. Come spring/summer, I'm all about coral and the blush in this palette is my absolute favorite!
- I'm the kind of girl that loves wearing mascara, even to the beach/pool. I loved using the Loréal Voluminous Lash Paradise Waterproof mascara which did not run, no matter the heat or water!
- I'm still loving the Loréal Colour Riche Shine Lipstick in Luminous Coral and it was basically the only lipstick I wore during the whole trip!
- The items from my suitcase that got the most use:
- My favorite swimsuit style was the Aerie Super Scoop One Piece which I have both in black and blue!
- It got pretty cold inside the cruise ship at times so I was glad I brought along my American Eagle oversized yellow cardigan (on sale for just $21.98! Is it your first AE online purchase? Use this link for 20% off!).
- You have no idea how many things fit into my Zara Raffia Cross-body! It was the perfect accessory for almost all of my outfits!
- Movies
- Love, Simon: I laughed, cried, got angry, all the emotions! Bring Kleenex!
- Avengers: It. was. AMAZING.
- A Quiet Place: Ok, I really really don't like thrillers or scary movies of any kind but I actually loved this one! Even though I did see parts through my fingers, it was worth it!
- Netflix
- The Standups: We've actually seen both seasons and their amazing! Our favorite from this season was Brent Morin's! "GEORGE!" (hahaha)
Did you binge watch something on Netflix you loved? Let me know below!
Con amor,
María Eugenia

Love your April Favourites. So many great things!
ReplyDeleteI've recently started binge watching "This is Us" (but it's on Amazon Prime here in Austria) and regarding comedy specials, I am not sure if we have "The Standups" but I loved Trevor Noah's "Afraid of the Dark". So much fun. But now I must dash to see if we have "The Standups".
